       Well I do agree that you can lose weight by simply cutting down your calorie intake. And this is done easily as well, there is no need to wake up early for those jogs in the park or take the effort to walk to the supermarket. The huge campaign created by these so called fad diets and crash weight loss programs have fueled a myth that weight loss can be achieved by simply not eating enough. But any weight loss plan which does not include exercise and burning stomach fat is bound to fail. In the following few paragraphs I will explain why exercise is so important.
Exercise increases the BMR of the body, this way even when you are resting; your body is burning fat. Exercise increases the muscle content of the body, by replacing fat with muscle. This has dual benefits, it not only reduces the fat content of our body, it also provides us with a lean and shapely muscular body.
Physical activity is very beneficial for our body. It is a good way to burn plenty of calories and also enhance the metabolism of your body so that it does not add weight. Exercise also keeps our hearts and lungs healthy. It also reverses many side effects of these crash diets and builds up our muscle mass. Overall exercise is one of the best proven methods for weight loss.
Any weight loss plan that does not advocate exercise and burning stomach fat is a sham and is not worth the paper it is written on. If you want to achieve healthy sustainable weight loss you will need to do it the healthy way.

This exercise requires high strength but in the end, it proves to be the most benefiting. For this exercise, simply lie down on your back and bend your legs so your foot touches the floor. Aerobics are a fun method of exercising for weight loss. It should be an important part of any weight loss exercise plan. You can enjoy dancing along with having a slim trim body. You can do it both at home and at a gym. There are various DVDs available and television shows geared towards aerobics.
Almost every person wishes to lose weight and get physically fit. The most common and useful method of weight loss is a weight loss exercise plan. Having an exercise plan is a good method to keep a body slim and healthy. It will also help to extend your life span.
